Ingham’s longstanding building at Lytton was a full design and construct programme which entailed partial demolition of existing structures, refurbishment of these areas including a new Scantec low ammonia, energy efficient refrigeration system and extensions.
The new facility contains 9,610m2 of chiller and cold room with 254m2 of dry storage areas. The vibrant office space covers 1,192m2 with an operations office of 277m2 both with well-appointed amenities and facilities for their staff.
Thorough design and pre-construction planning combined with our Site Management team’s experience ensured the demolition was a seamless, well-managed process allowing the new extension to proceed with minimal disruptions.
