Bartons’ new Showroom and Service Centre was a full design and construct project. All aspects of the design work were provided by Spaceframe including fire, civil, structural, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical service together with all council building approvals.
Prior to any construction works commencing, demolition and removal of part of the existing facility was required. Careful consideration and planning were necessary - traffic management was vital due to the location on a busy road and throughout the construction process, good communication with the client to ensure minimal disruption to their ongoing car sales business.
The contracted works consisted of two dealership showrooms, administration offices, service centre and a three-bay car wash area. All delivered on time and the Spaceframe Way.
