With 1,943m2 of retail space and staff amenities, and 66 onsite car parks, the new Windsor facility was carefully designed to maximise total land use area.

Careful pre-construction planning was conducted due to the location on busy Newmarket Road on the eastern boundary and a major commuter railway line on the northern boundary. Both presented safety challenges with typical inner suburban traffic and our large truck deliveries but also craneage with the electrical power lines on the train tracks. Further to these challenges, a small cottage neighboured the western boundary requiring our teams’ coordination.

The Spaceframe team, from the design to construction, successfully and safely completed the third building for Officeworks.
