Goodman entrusted Spaceframe Buildings to fully design and construct the Lytton Motorway Estate, discovering The Spaceframe Way is more streamline than traditional methods with the first building ready for tenancy 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
Building 1 is a dual tenancy with a total area of 1,000m2 of Office and Amenities space and 19,330m2 of Warehouse area separated with tilt panel tenancy walls.
Building 2 consists of a 380m2 2-storey Office and Amenities space and the Warehouse area covering 19,528m2 which includes a mezzanine storage level. Both facilities required a full racking system to be installed. This component was supplied by the client but Project Managed by our Spaceframe team.
Total delivery of 40,618m2 in 28 weeks.
