Spaceframe Buildings provided a full design and construct solution for this dual-tenancy office and warehouse development for the Buckler Group whilst ensuring both tenants requirements were considered and delivered.
Spaceframe’s design and construction team worked with both clients throughout the whole process providing a fully functional and well-designed facility.
Tenancy One for Polyaire covered 2,450m2 comprising of 320m2 of two storey administration and amenities space and 2,130m2 of warehouse storage.
Tenancy Two – Aramax | Fastway required more warehouse space for their specific business needs. The overall facility covered 4,150m2: 3,750m2 of warehouse area; 300m2 for their single storey administration office space; and 100m2 for the warehouse office and amenities.
To ensure façade continuity of the entire development both warehouses walls were completed in a dado finish but to guarantee security and reduce fire risk, both warehouses are separated by full-height concrete tilt panel.
