Building A is home to Woolworths’ first Queensland Customer Fulfilment Centre – also known as a Dark Store, and the first distribution centre with a direct to boot pickup scheme in Australia. With 850 solar panels overhead, this building, as well as the overall project, features the latest innovations in design, construction, and energy efficiency.
Powered by a growing demand for sustainable packing solutions, Building B tenant, CHEP, can supply over 20 million reusable plastics every week from the one, centralised washing location. Designed with environmental performance in mind, the building features the same focus on sustainability featured in Building A.
