This was a unique project for the Spaceframe team, who were approached by Engage Group for the design and construction of premium multi-use corporate units. Prior to starting onsite, careful consideration had to be made around site access and demolition of the pre-existing structure. The site itself is located in a medium industrial zone, sharing one boundary with a busy concrete manufacturing plant and the other, against the Brisbane River. This itself provided a few challenges throughout the March 2022 floods, however due to the combined expertise of the Spaceframe project team, the project was able to continue in the safest way. Spaceframe Buildings undertook the full design and construction process which included the service design for all structural, hydraulic and mechanical aspects of the build.
Each individual unit within the development features a ground floor warehouse or showroom space, Level 1 office fit out, dual entry with glazing and roller door access, private kitchenette and amenities (toilets and shower) and exclusive external parking on title.
