The dual tenancy facility is home to Paramount Safety Products, utilising one tenancy as a stock distribution warehouse and associated office for logistics and sales support for the QLD region.
At the project’s conception, the occupant for Tenancy 2 was not yet confirmed. Located within the booming Yatala Enterprise Area – one of the growing industrial precincts in South East Queensland – meant that the ultimate blank canvas needed to be crafted in the iconic Spaceframe way. With all core disciplines required for a successful build located under the Spaceframe Buildings roof, our team were able to deliver all components of the project, from design through to completion, with a level of control and project management capacity unmatched by any of our competitors.
Like many in the industry, unseasonal weather along with general industry wide supply issues meant that additional planning needed to be undertaken to ensure the project continued on schedule. During a time of Industry uncertainty, the combined expertise of the Project team along with our trusted circle of subcontractors and consultants, meant that a high-quality warehouse was successfully delivered to the client. Tenancy 2 is now leased, meaning 100% occupancy upon delivery.
