As a group, we - along with sister companies Scantec Refrigeration Technologies, Sencova Steel Fabricators and POWINS Pty Ltd – came together to create a custom print to show our commitment to starting conversations and standing out both on and off site.
Featuring key elements from each company’s brand, the shirts represent our commitment to creating safe and healthy workplaces free from physical and psychological harm.

TIACS (an acronym for This Is A Conversation Starter), is a free and confidential chat, text and callback service, providing early-intervention mental health support for Australia’s truckies, tradies, blue collar workers and those who care about them.
The TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) Alliance is a group of like-minded companies that are dedicated to starting conversations about mental health, and offering support to those who need it. TIACS provides free early-intervention, short-term mental health support, available to all, with no GP referral required. (TIACS, 'Impact')
