We are very excited to announce our recent success at both the Master Builders Queensland - Brisbane Awards and Queensland State Awards coming home with the trophy for Commercial/Industrial Building up to $5 million for M-Space Windsor.
This was a unique project for the Spaceframe team, who were approached by Engage Group for the design and construction of premium multi-use corporate units. Prior to starting onsite, careful consideration had to be made around site access and demolition of the pre-existing structure. The site itself is located in a medium industrial zone, sharing one boundary with a busy concrete manufacturing plant and the other, against the Brisbane River. This itself provided a few challenges throughout the March 2022 floods, however due to the combined expertise of the Spaceframe project team, the project was able to continue in the safest way. Spaceframe Buildings undertook the full design and construction process which included the service design for all structural, hydraulic and mechanical aspects of the build.
Offering 7 unique spaces within the same project meant the option for client customisation, allowing the end user the ability to enjoy a high quality and flexibly designed space perfectly tailored to their own individual needs. With each individual unit ranging from 189m² to 460m², attention to detail from every member of the project team was needed along with curated communication with subcontractors and third parties to ensure that each space was created to the client’s individual brief and requirements.
